Cliff Deutsch - has been in Law Enforcement for16 years and a Certified Canine Handler for 14 years. He served as a Sergeant of Special Operations Canine/Interdiction Unit in Southwest Florida. Cliff and canine partners (Drago and Czar) were responsible for the seizure of more than twenty three million dollars worth of illegal contraband. They were awarded 'Officer of the Year" by both their Department and the State of Florida. Cliff has been deemed as an Expert Witness in both Federal and State Courts in the areas of Narcotics Canine Handling and Narcotics Identification. Cliff is a Certified Canine Team Instructor and has dedicated his career towards the detection of explosive devices and illegal contraband. At the present time, Cliff is a Canine Team Leader/Trainer in Pennsylvania.
