Marc Plunske has been in law enforcement for 15 years and a K-9 officer for 13 years. He is currently assigned to the Sunrise Police Department, Broward County, Florida. Marc is working on his second dog named "Rex" which is a dual purpose (patrol & narcotics) canine. He has been a certified State of Florida K-9 Instructor since 1997 and is also a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) certified K-9 Team Evaluator. Marc has taught several K-9 academies and trained numerous K-9 teams in South Florida in patrol and detection. He currently coordinates weekly training for more than 10 surrounding police agencies and has lectured in K-9 seminars throughout the South East United States.
