Ken Licklider is the owner and Chief of Vohne Liche Kennels. Ken is a retired Senior Master Sergeant from the Air Force with over 27 years experience as a trainer and kennel manager. He is world renowned for his scent work, which has been copied by trainers worldwide to include Dutch Customs. He has trained/worked with over 2000 dogs in his career. He currently has dogs in over 400 Law Enforcement Agencies in 33 States and 13 Foreign Countries. He has been instrumental in the development of the passive response detector dog and has aided agencies around the world in not only training their dogs but also developing their programs, such as the IRS and the National Security Agency explosive dog programs.
