Ken Kelley  has been a Police Officer for the City of Fort Lauderdale for 16 years and has been working and training patrol and detection dogs for the past 12 years. He is a State of Florida certified K-9 instructor and was instrumental in developing the first Narcotics Detection Canine School for the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. Ken is also a SWAT team, firearms and tactics instructor, and currently instructs at the Broward County police academy (BCC/CJI).
